For 25 years, we have been defining the standards of the Czechswimming pool industry. With an annual production of over 250 pools, we combine a quarter of a century of experience with precision craftsmanship and rigorous quality control. Our history is not just history – it is a guarantee of your security and peace of mind.
Efficiency and sophisticated processes characterise our cooperation. With intuitive order management software, we save you time and minimise errors. You are not only gaining a supplier but a stable partner, on which you can build your longterm success.
Luxury and respect for nature form a natural whole here. We optimise our production processes with an emphasis on maximising the use of raw materials and the recycling of all residual materials. We create products that not only last because of their quality, but also because of our responsible approach to the planet.
Our customer-oriented approach is reflected in a wide range of pool sizes and stair types.
Installation is less affected by weather conditions and requires simpler site preparation. The pool is delivered as a single finished unit.
Compared to foil pools, the pool shell is more resistant to mechanical damage. Unlike fibreglass pools, PP pools do not suffer from osmosis.
We offer an affordable option that in many ways exceeds the quality of more expensive technological solutions.
Communication and automation of the process, from enquiry to service. A tailored solution that saves time and resources.
We deliver pools directly to the customer or offer the possibility of personal pick-up.
Transport of a swimming pool with dimensions up to 12 m in external length and 3.8 m in external width does not require a special permit.
For the transport of pools with non-standard dimensions, an individual request and assessment of transport options is always necessary.
Each pool is equipped with slings for safe and easy handling by crane during loading and unloading.
To ensure maximum protection during transport, the pool is fitted with solid wooden reinforcements.
The construction readiness documentation is included in the configurator and contains all information and technical specifications.
The basis for the installation of the pool is a horizontal reinforced concrete slab of the required thickness and dimensions.
To ensure the stability and protection of the structure, the pool frame is encased in concrete after being placed on the foundation slab.
Our pools are made from high-quality polypropylene. To ensure maximum resistance to deformation during production and concrete encasing, we only use 8 and 12 mm thick slabs.
All cut-outs for built-in components, such as skimmers, nozzles and lighting, are made using modern CNC equipment. This technology guarantees absolute precision and the perfect fit of all elements.
We use state-of-the-art CNC machines for butt welding to connect the main PP panels of the frame. That results in perfectly straight and extremely strong joints that form a monolithic pool unit.
For joining key structural elements, we apply the welding method with additional material. This technique guarantees the high strength and long-term durability of joints.
The pools are fitted with 51 mm thick polypropylene chamber ribbing that ensures the excellent stability and rigidity of the entire structure. This is always done in 50 cm increments.
For skimmer pools, we also install a massive 19 mm thick upper rim to prevent any sagging of the top edge.
All joints are double welded, which ensures abovestandard reliability and durability.
We use a strength extrusion weld for maximum structural integrity in the highest mechanical stress areas.
Each pool undergoes a multi-stage inspection during and after the production process to ensure 100% quality before it is shipped to the customer.
